About the event
"Negotiation is the art of the possible" Michel Rocard.
Objectives and highlights of this workshop:
- Reflect on your own perception, representation and experience of negotiation
- Improve your knowledge of the issues raised by negotiation: gender, emotions, EGO
- Become familiar with good practices and the 4 negotiating powers: Institutional - Situational - Relational - Personal
- Develop your active listening and active speaking skills for effective negotiation
- Integrate ethical and responsible negotiation to create shared value through disagreements
- Set up a negotiation debriefing process for optimal transmission of knowledge and experience to prepare for the future with your sales teams.
For some, negotiation is seen as a game of poker, where players are forced to make decisions based on incomplete information. For others, it is a bullfight where the two participants, unequal in strength and style, fight until one of them crushes the other…
We will approach a third way that of ethical and responsible negotiation, capable of creating value to share between stakeholders. Far from the sacrosanct notion of "win-win", it is about considering ethical negotiation as an asset of the company much more important than gaining strength and destroying the relationship of trust. A successful negotiation whether with internal or external partners creates a climate of trust, fairness, coopetition and creation of lasting relationships in the company and among partners.
